The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more

  • Items that are marked “Sale” on the website

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the order being placed. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is delivered back to Fibers of Being or brought to our store within 7 days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 21 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Once a return is delivered, please allow 5 business days for it to be processed. You will receive your store credit as a gift card sent to your email address.

HOW IT WORKS: To start a return, email Please put order number, name and the items you'd like to return and the reason for the return. Next, select the way you would like to return the items. You can select "pre-paid shipping label" or "in-store return"

  • If you selected to ship the item back to us, you will receive an email with a link to download a return label. Once your return is received, store credit will be emailed to you. The amount of store credit emailed to you includes a deduction of $6 for the cost of the return label.

  • If you selected to bring the item into the store, please return it within 7 days to 645 Divisadero Street, San Francisco, CA 94117.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email within 7 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 

LOST PACKAGES: Fibers of Being is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at if you believe your package was lost or stolen.

EXCHANGES: Due to our quickly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.

RETURNING IN STORE PURCHASES: If you make a purchase in store, and need to return it by shipping it please email for instructions on how to complete the return. We require that all tags from the store are attached and the receipt is returned with the package.
